Imagem de contato O Sr. Gyorgy Nanovfszky, natural da Hungria, formou-se na Universidade Estadual de Moscou Lomonosov (1967: Eslavismo) e no Instituto Estadual de Relações Internacionais de Moscou (1968: Estudos do Sudeste Asiático). Ele é PhD em Ciências Politológicas pela Academia Russa de Ciências. Ele estudou, trabalhou e viveu em muitas partes do mundo, resultando em um amplo conhecimento de idiomas, culturas e uma rica experiência de assuntos internacionais e interculturais.

Sua carreira no serviço público começou no Ministério do Comércio Exterior da Hungria (1973-1981), seguido por anos de serviço na UNCTAD (Genebra, 1981-1986) e UNCTAD/GATT (1987-1988). Entre 1986-1991 foi vice-secretário da Câmara de Comércio Húngara. Desde 1991 é membro do conselho de administração do WTCA e presidente do WTC Budapest.

De 1992 a 1998, o Sr. Nanovfszky serviu como Embaixador da República Húngara em Moscou, e mais tarde também foi credenciado na Armênia, Geórgia, Azerbaijão, Turcomenistão e Uzbequistão. Após completar seu serviço como Embaixador em Cingapura (2001-2005), ele tem atuado como professor de politologia e estudos interculturais em universidades na Hungria e no exterior. É coautor de vários livros e estudos sobre assuntos políticos e interculturais, incluindo Finnougric World (em húngaro, russo e inglês, 2004) e Christianity, Catholicism, Orthodoxy (em húngaro e russo, 1996). Ele é vice-presidente do Congresso Mundial de Finnougric e presidente da Associação Húngara de Esperanto.
